This Cookie Policy explains how Mailcat (“we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage. We use them to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, and operate core features securely.
Cookies we use
Essential / authentication: Session and auth cookies from our authentication provider (Supabase) so you can log in and stay signed in. Password-recovery flow cookies when you reset a password.
Preferences: A locale cookie (for example mailcat.locale) so we can show the correct language. We may also store locale in browser localStorage and sync it with that cookie.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on Mailcat.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and some features may not work. Changing language preferences may set or update the locale cookie.
Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
